big ass vietnamese salad...

too many burgers this week, time for a salad. here's the recipe (the pictures there look completely different)

starting with palm sugar...add to boiling water...
sunday's watching...
squeezy...
reducing the palm sugar and water...
shrimps are poached, then in the fridge...
finished the nuoc mam...minced garlic, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, and fish sauce...
salad stuff...radicchio, napa cabbage, carrots, red pepper, mint leaves...
everything together...eat it!!!
